Throw aside all the gloomy posts and bring in some sunshine and colours. literally. Today I spent the whole afternoon with my parents at my mum's company's family day outing thingadee. It was at *drumroll* GARDENS BY THE BAY(E)!! who am I kidding, haha. The whole set up was amazing. Though we came in a little late and thus the food were slightly cold, there was so much variety to choose from -vegetarian, chinese, indian, western etc. In conclusion, my tummy is very happy today. I mean do you ever have pizza and shepherds pie and mousses at a buffet?! Let me repeat, PIZZA, SHEPHERD'S PIE and MOUSSES!
So let's just say it all started on the right foot as I was so eager to choose my food. I mean, don't you get all happy and your tummy and brain celebrate at the sight of good food? Each dish performed a mini explosion of flavours in my mouth each time i took a bite. it was SOOO good. Then, I decided to be adventurous and thick skinned, so I went to get my face done. Not done done, but painted. Initially I wanted those girly fairy design and after much deliberation I was like, nahh, I want BATMAN. And so I did it, without thinking about the consequence that PEOPLE WILL STARE AND TALK ABOUT IT. (I mean who am I kidding, a 17 year old trying to be a kid?)
