Baking for the lazy soul #2 (Tanya Burr's Oreo Cupcakes)

Hey there!
After watching Tanya Burr's oreo cupcake baking video that day (I really love her), I got really tempted to try them out, so I brought my lazy ass to the kitchen and whipped up some edible cupcakes! Well, I know baking and lazy don't really go well together, BUT I've added some elements that'll save you some moving around. If we wanna eat some good ole' cupcakes, we have to put in some effort right! So, let's get into it!!

** Lazy tip(for the really auditory/lazy/visual people): Just click on the video and watch and learn. Spare you the time reading all of this.

Ingredients:

* 3 eggs

Apparatus:

Measuring spoons
Weighing Machine
Mixer
Mixing bowl
Spoon
Knife (for a moment I typed it as 'nife')
Cupcake liners
** Lazy Tip: Use thicker cupcake liners that can stand on its own
-you would not need to wash the metal holders
** Leave the butter out for a while before staring to bake

Way to go or (more commonly known as) steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. Measure 175g of unsalted butter and cream it together with the sugar with an electric mixer, in a mixing bowl.
(I used less sugar in a bid to be "healthier")
3. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl before pouring it into the mixture. If you're sure of not getting any spilled, then aim directly into the mixing bowl. Mix together.
4. Using the measuring spoon, measure a teaspoon of baking powder. Put into mixture and mix.
5. Put in the cocoa powder and flour and mix together.
** Tanya's tip!: Put in the flour in halves.  I'm not sure what is the science behind it but, let's just do as she says yeah.
6. Place an oreo at the bottom of each cupcake liner.
7. Once they're well mixed, use the spoon and scoop up some mixture and pour it into the cupcake liners until about 3/4 filled. If you're having trouble pushing all the mixture down, use the knife.
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes depending on the heating of you oven.
9. Wash everything as soon as possible!

For the icing:

Option 1. Make use of your sister's unwanted cream cheese frosting and blend together 2 cups of it and a bag of crushed oreos.
Option 2: You can watch Tanya Burr's video linked up there.
Option 3: Don't put the icing//frosting at all

Hope your cupcakes turned out to be lovely!! I hope this is not illegal cos I just kinda copied and pasted most of the stuff here from her video, but rephrased it somehow.
Anyway, see ya soon!!
